The 180º with Ximena program includes:

  • 10 hours of group Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching (the sessions will be taught in 2.5 hour blocks every week for a month)
  • Advanced Metabolic Typing Evaluation & Report (Individualized Nutritional Analysis) The exam must be taken a week before the program starts!
  • The book How to Eat, Move & be Healthy by Paul Chek. This is the course manual
