  • Arrives fresh each week - on either Monday or Tuesday or both - Kosher Organic Poultry arrives fresh every Monday.  Whatever is not sold and delivered by Thursday is placed in the freezer to maintain freshness.  You can easily keep them fresh in your refrigerator through Thursday or Friday, sometimes through the weekend, but if you are not planning to eat them by Wednesday, we suggest you freeze them.

  Unlike conventional poultry farms, organic chickens live in a clean environment with natural disinfectants instead of harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, Unlike conventional poultry farms, organic birds are raised in natural sunlight with access to the outdoors and get (one and a half times) more room to roam.  Unlike conventional birds, organic chickens are fed only organic grain free of antibiotics and chemicals.  With more room, fresh air, and no chemicals, organic kosher birds are healthier, taste better and are better for us to consume.

The most delicious, succulent, tasty chicken and they come in the prefect sizes!  Full of flavor instead of being water-logged, I actually only needed to make my chicken soup once (normally I have to make the stock and then take out the chicken and vegetables and then cook another chicken in that stock with new vegetables - this time I just added new veggies; the stock was very rich and I didn't have to add another chicken!)

I also like that it comes fresh not frozen and stays fresh a long time - through Wednesday or Thursday!
