About the Company

     
  Grass-fed and Grass-finished beef with CLA and Omega 3s!  Cattle is humanely treated and slaughtered with the least stress possible.  They were working on getting kosher certification and work under organic standards though not technically certified organic.

  Cooking Tips:

1.  Use any regular recipe but err on the side of undercooking since this meat is much leaner.  Cook under low heat for duration. Grass-fed beef prepares much faster than regular beef due to lower intramuscular fat levels.
