Our black olive spread is made from organic Taggiasche olives by Davide and Andrea Bronda of Albenga. The organic extra virgin olive oil in this spread is the Bronda brothers' own. Instead of using chemical sprays, they hang biological traps in their olive trees to catch the flies before they can lay their eggs in the olives.
