Please note, if something is priced per lb and you want a certain number as opposed to a certain pound, please write qty or ea after the number, i.e. if you want 2 peppers, write 2 qty, 2 ct, or 2 ea instead of just 2.  For bananas, the number you put is the number of hands unless you put lb or ea next to it.  For poultry, put in the number of packages or number of birds.  If you are unsure of lbs and something is sold per pound, write qty or ea after it and we'll give you that number of that item.

EVERYTHING is Organic, unless noted otherwise.  Fish is Wild and Sustainably Harvested.  Beef and Bison are grass-fed and meet organic standards, though not certified organic.  Sprouts are pesticide free, hydroponically grown.  Honey, though conventional, is RAW affording more nutritional value and antioxidants and is very delicious; the bees are not killed after harvesting.  Soft Goat Cheese is antibiotic free but not officially organic; it's delicious and super fresh.  Most other cheese is organic but some are imported from cheesemakers that don't use hormones or antibiotics or rbgh.  You will see details on the link to each cheese.  Everything is Fresh.  Sometimes I'll make mention if things arrive particularly fresh and gorgeous.  We get eggs, milk and other dairy, fish, chicken, produce, fresh juice and perishables in weekly.  We can break up bags of potatoes if you want less, so just let us know.  SPECIAL does not indicate old or poor quality, it merely means that we got a better price on an item and are passing the savings on to you.
