Where can I get "Real Food"?

I want to eat locally, but can't find a farm . . .

What's all the fuss about raw milk?

If you have had any of these thoughts, please join us for a presentation by Steve Moreau, acupuncturist and Orlando-area Weston A. Price Foundation chapter leader.  Steve will be showing the Raw Milk powerpoint created by Sally Fallon for the Campaign for Real Milk.  He will also be here to discuss the beginning of a regular delivery of real farm food (especially  grass-fed raw dairy and truly free-range animal foods) from the Live Oak area of the state.  He will have some food items available for sale (such as eggs and milk, depending on what is available that weekend)

What: Free presentation, followed by time for questions and farm purchases.
Contributions for Steve's gas money gladly accepted!  (He has graciously
         donated his time)

The workshop will cover:

1. Introduction to Traditional Foods
2. Fermentation for a Healthy Digestion: We will make homemade sauerkraut, and everyone will take home a jar of their own.

After these two sections,  lunch will be served:  a homemade natural soup, salad and crackers. (RSVP at registration, $ 6 dollars extra, or bring your own)

3. "The Whole foods Pantry", What foods fit this concept of healthy eating.
4. Transition to whole foods diet from a Fast Food Nation, (how do I make it work in today's world?)

Presented by Justine Raphael--
Justine is the Miami chapter leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation, a not-for profit that educates about healthful traditional diets.  She is currently enrolled in a masters program in Nutrition and Health Education, having formerly been trained as a teacher, chef and midwife.  Perhaps most important, she is the mother of five kids at home (with four more out in the world) and lives what she teaches.
