Dietary Recommendations

Advise: If your diet has consisted chiefly of cooked foods, let the introduction of raw foods be a gradual one, until your system becomes accustomed to the change.

 

A healthy diet should include fresh raw fruits, vegetables, seeds & nuts & grains. This amount depends on how healthy the person wants to be, if the person is already sick, on the kind and degree of the illness. The minimum requirement of raw foods should be at least 30%, but only this low if you are perfectly healthy. For the average person we recommend a diet of 60 % raw foods. People who want to heal (or improve) from a disease can and should eat 100 % raw for a period of time preferably under the guidance of a health specialist. For optimum health eat !00 % raw.

 

We recommend to have a fresh salad every day with greens, earth and root vegetables and a juicy dressing preferably before taking in cooked food. The cooked food portion of your diet should be made up of whole foods only such as whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, brown rice instead of white rice. Never use processed sweeteners (see footnote 1) Instead eat desserts made with dates or honey only. Have daily exercise, fresh air, a daily short sunbath. Fast regularly.
