Arabic Gum
 
 

Organic Arabic Gum is grown, harvested and processed to the established standards and accreditation process administered by the Organic Growers' and Buyers' Association.   This gum is good as an emulsifier for use in making oils water soluble. This gum also is used in cosmetics, baking and as a fiber supplement.  This product is also VEGAN.  Certified organic.  Gum Arabic is a cost-effective alternative starch and flavor to products from nonorganic or potential GMOs.

Other gums include Furcelleran, Ghatti, Guar, Karaya, Locust Bean, and Xanthan.
